96 Bristol Street, St Albans, Christchurch, New ZealandPrevention Class which will improve your balance, leg strength, flexibility, general fitness and wellbeing.
Classes are weekly, 1 hour long, fun, easy and at your pace. Seated and standing exercises with a little walking.
