PAWGUST challenge has wrapped up its second year in Aotearoa with even more success than last year! 🐾
This year, 1,049 wonderful PAWticipants and their furry friends took on the challenge, raising over $125,000 to support the raising and training of guide dogs for New Zealanders who are blind, deafblind, or have low vision.
A special thank you to our amazing Guide Dogs volunteers, puppy raisers and those adorable puppies in training who joined in. Your participation brought so much joy and highlighted the incredible bond between the puppies in training and their puppy raisers.
To everyone who walked, ran, donated, or cheered from the sidelines, we’re deeply grateful. Your support has truly made a difference, helping to enhance the independence and mobility of those who rely on guide dogs.
If you loved being part of PAWGUST this year, or if you missed out, we can’t wait to welcome you back next year! Keep an eye out for more details on how you can get involved, make a difference, and enjoy some great rewards.
