Thanks to your generosity, we can help Kiwis adapt to life with vision loss. Your donations help us to ensure that someone who is losing their vision, or has lost their sight entirely, doesn’t lose their independence.
We strive to promptly acknowledge your generous support. However, we are experiencing some delays in processing your donations and receipting, due to staff shortages and delays related to COVID-19. I’m sure you are aware that Auckland – where our main office and our suppliers’ offices are based – has been the epicentre of the outbreak. This means we are unable to respond to or send mail out at our usual speed.
We ask that you be patient with us during this time as we try and resolve this as quickly as possible.
