In our recent appeal, we asked for your help so Kiwis like Hannah can reach their full potential, and your response was overwhelming – thank you!
Hannah recently competed in two world-class paracycling events. Her results after the National Road Cycling Championships in Hokitika led to a trip straight to Belgium to the prestigious Paracycling World Cup, where she hoped to qualify for the Paracycling World Championships in Canada. She placed 11th – just two seconds shy of qualifying.
When Hannah isn’t cycling or being devoted mum to little Max, she’s now working with Blind Low Vision NZ as a Receptionist and Admin Assistant. It’s a new start and a new career for Hannah and she is loving every minute of it.
Hannah and other Kiwis living with vision loss have the opportunity to live their lives to the full, and chase their dreams, thanks to your kindness and compassion.
