When Martin welcomed his baby in February 2024, it made him consider the future.
So, like many other Kiwis, he updated his Will to provide for his loved ones while leaving a life-changing legacy.
Martin was a fan of the work Blind Low Vision NZ does for Kiwis who are blind, deafblind or low vision.
From guide dogs transforming lives to independence courses and vital equipment, Martin wanted to ensure future generations can access life-changing support. And most importantly, hope.
“I had always admired the work that Blind Low Vision NZ do,” Martin shares. “I jumped at the opportunity and decided to leave 1% of my estate as a future gift.”
Martin’s wonderful decision to leave a gift in his Will ensures Blind Low Vision can continue to provide support, training and hope to Kiwis living with vision loss for generations to come.
