Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoons cold water
  • 1/2 tablespoon strained lemon juice
  • 1 1/4 cups icing sugar

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a large bowl
  2. Beat with an electric beater until fluffy, thick and shiny
  3. Spoon into a piping bag (you could also use a ziplock plastic bag with a small hole cut out of the corner)
  4. Pipe onto biscuits for decoration
