We offer a variety of support options for our members, including assistance over the phone, in-person support and written help guides.

Volunteer support in your home

Our Library volunteers visit library members’ homes to support the use of DAISY Players (with USB), Alexa, and EasyReader. Contact us to find out if volunteer support is available where you live.
