Support Us

Blind Low Vision NZ is here to empower New Zealanders who are blind, deafblind or low vision to live the life they choose. However we can only do this with your support.

Each year, around 60% of our income comes from Fundraising. That’s donations we receive from people just like you, choosing to make a difference in the lives of the 180,000 Kiwis who are blind, deafblind or have low vision.

Our dedicated team of Fundraisers will help you to help us, by showing you how you, your company, your family, friends, schools, sports club or social club can get involved.

Support Guide Dogs

Every day an average of three New Zealanders finds out that they are going blind. Currently, there is a 12-month waiting list for a guide dog.

One day, puppies like this one hope to become Blind Low Vision NZ guide dogs – but they can only do it with your help!

Partner with us

More and more New Zealand companies are recognising the importance of working with like-minded charities. Working with a charity can help motivate your staff and provide greater meaning and purpose in their working lives. It can help shape the culture of your organisation and your teams and assist staff in developing their skills.

Big or small, the size of your organisation doesn’t matter. We always welcome any business that would like to join us in ensuring New Zealanders who are deafblind, blind or have low vision can live a life without limits.

There are many ways you can work with us and benefit from being associated with an iconic New Zealand organisation.
